All UK orders placed online with Mortimers Jewellers will receive complimentary next day delivery as standard if ordered before 2pm* Monday to Thursday. If required, your special purchase can be gift wrapped, at no extra cost, before making its way to you.

However, If your chosen item needs to be altered or resized, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity regarding a delivery date. We kindly request you allow up to 10 working days for your new item to be amended and dispatched, in order for us to ensure this will be the perfect fit for you.

All UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery Guaranteed, which is a signed for service. Please ensure you are present to sign for your purchase when it arrives.

If you wish to collect your item from our shop you can do so by adding a product to your basket and proceeding to the checkout and then selecting ‘Collect from our shop’. Once your order has been received we will start to get it ready for you. If it needs resizing we will be in contact to confirm the size and give you an estimated collection date.
