All UK orders placed online with Mortimers Jewellers will receive complimentary next day delivery as standard if ordered before 2pm* Monday to Friday. If required, your special purchase can be gift wrapped, at no extra cost, before making its way to you.
However, If your chosen item needs to be altered or resized, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity regarding a delivery date. We kindly request you allow up to 10 working days for your new item to be amended and dispatched, in order for us to ensure this will be the perfect fit for you.
All UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery Guaranteed, which is a signed for service. Please ensure you are present to sign for your purchase when it arrives. You can track your order here.

We take great care in ensuring all items are available at the time of ordering, however, if a product is found to be out of stock we will contact you to confirm a new delivery schedule, find you a suitable alternative or to offer a full refund.
We will always make every effort to deliver your goods in accordance with the timescales listed above. While we offer this service to you, Royal Mail cannot guarantee the exact date or time of the delivery so please allow a minimum of 10 working days for any single delivery in line with their Next Day Signed For Guaranteed Delivery policy. We cannot be held liable for delays in delivering your goods where such delays are due to reasons outside of our control.

Collect from our shop
If you wish to collect your item from our shop you can do so by adding a product to your basket and proceeding to the checkout and then selecting ‘Collect from our shop’. Once your order has been received we will start to get it ready for you. If it needs resizing we will be in contact to confirm the size and give you an estimated collection date.
All collections can be made during our shop opening hours:
Monday - Saturday: 9:30am - 5:00pm
To collect your item you should ensure you have at least one of the following forms of picture ID - driving license or passport
The ID must have the same first and last name that has been used to make the purchase.
If a friend or family member is collecting on your behalf they too will need a form of your ID and this should not be a photocopy, and they will also need you to send the collection email to them, they will be asked to confirm your order details.
