New Online Sales
We appreciate that occasionally something is just not quite right. If you wish to return your purchase you must do so within 14 days of receiving your item(s), we will refund the price paid for the goods only.
To request a refund you must email us at websales@mortimersjewellers.co.uk. Please put the subject as “Refund Request”.
All items to be refunded must be unworn and returned in their original condition. We thoroughly check all items returned to us and in the event that the goods are not in their original condition we reserve the right to refuse the return and will contact you immediately.
How to return your item:
- Returns must be posted within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Please include a copy of your dispatch note or your name and order number with your parcel.
- Please place item(s) in the original packaging and ensure the outer box is completely and securely sealed. If this packaging has been damaged in any way you may replace it with another box of the same size and thickness.
- Returns should be shipped using Royal Mail Special Delivery at your own cost and liability/insurance. We do not accept liability for returned goods.

Once your order has been checked and accepted we will issue your refund in the original tender within 30 days.
Please note that Mortimers Jewellers does not accept exchanges or refunds on any engraved or customised pieces.
